Taste Of Lao

On another note altogether, a Lao tasting platter (starter) at Tamarind restaurant in Laung Prabang, Laos.

In front we have deep fried Mekong River Weed with embedded chilly, seeds & garlic; a spicy chutney in the spoon; beef (jerky style), aubergine, peppers, and local pork sausage.

What more can I say? When you find yourself in Laung Prabang, Laos a visit to Tamarind is a must.
