Dessert - Valrhona 72% chocolate cream with rosewater and honeycomb. So what's Valrhona? I hear you ask. Well, I'll save you the Google search, it's a French chocolate. The rosewater? I'm not sure where it figures in all of this. The white sorbet worked well with the chocolate. I must say, it actually tasted better than it looked.
This series was shot with a Canon G10 in available light, in between courses, drinks and conviviality.
