Another Face for Hire

The last 2 pix were taken of people who make themselves available for tips, so I tip them. However, I'm always pretty quick so as not to hold them up for long. After all, it's tips for pix, not a portrait session with the Queen. Also, I only took 1 lens to Cuba, a Canon 17-85mm, a very good travel lens, but it does suffer from lack of reach. Because of this, I usually end up in front of people, so in most cases some sort of approval is obtained or people don't object. Where possible I spend time with people and talk to them about what they're doing and this helps to break the ice. I've had very few knock backs. Since Cuba, I've bought a Canon 70-200L IS 2.8 which means I can be much further away from people & more discreet. It's also important to conduct yourself appropriately by not jumping in front of people, not interrupting them and by not causing embarrassment or discomfort.
