Two Generations Beyond the Horizon ;-)

The Digico SD7 (digital audio mixing console) in action at The 2008 Live DVD Recording Event, at The Corner Hotel, the major project for our Music Industry & AV Tech students, in the School of Creative Media at RMIT University. To provide the full blown real world experience our students have to plan, prepare, record, shoot, post-produce & deliver a 100% professional DVD of the night & the 2 lead up live gigs.
This console lives in the mobile recording van of one of our industry partners, Oz music industry stalwart, Ernie Rose.
This is only the second time this brand new state of the art console has been used. The first time was at the Logies - Oz's Emmys. How many students get to dive one of these as part of their coursework?
