The scenario, continues:
- Traders Hotel, Kuala Lumpur, 19 & 21 January 2012
- having a few quiet drinks
- management invites everyone over to a ceremonial table
- the table is laid out with select ingredients
- the chef explains this (pre) interactive Chinese New Year food ritual
- it's all about more prosperity in the coming Year of the Dragon
- the feature component of the dish is raw salmon
- to the ingredients, various enhancements are added
- add more nuts
- add sweet brown sauce
- now everybody gets to throw the food into the air
- aftermath.
- all over red rover.
